1. Zero-Tolerance Commitment

Balkanza does not allow:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
• Sexualized images, videos, or messages involving minors
• Accounts depicting or representing minors in a sexual manner
• Grooming or attempts to exploit minors
• Sexual communication or solicitation involving anyone under 18
• Any content that endangers the welfare of a minor
• Attempts to create relationships between adults and minors
• Attempts to misrepresent age for the purpose of contacting minors

Any violation results in immediate and permanent account removal and mandatory reporting to appropriate authorities.

2. Age Restrictions

Balkanza is strictly a 18+ platform.
We do not permit minors to create accounts, browse, view profiles, or use any features.

We remove:

• Accounts belonging to anyone under 18
• Accounts suspected of being controlled by a minor
• Profiles containing photos of minors (alone or in sexualized context)

If a user appears to be underage, their account will be suspended pending verification.

4. Enforcement Actions

Violations of this Child Safety Policy result in:

• Immediate and permanent account termination
• Removal of violating content
• Device or IP bans
• Mandatory reporting to law enforcement
• Mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent organizations internationally

We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

• Manual review by trained moderation staff
• AI-based grooming behavior detection
• Age-verification checks
• Reporting analysis and escalation workflows

Our moderation team is trained to identify signs of grooming, exploitation, or potential CSAE activity.

• CyberTipline (NCMEC)

We comply with all legal requests for information related to CSAE investigations.

3. Definitions of Prohibited Content

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Any image, video, text, or media depicting or simulating sexual content involving a minor (under 18). Includes digitally created or AI-generated depictions.

Child Exploitation / Endangerment

Any activity, content, or behavior that places a minor at risk, including coercion, trafficking, solicitation, or exploitation.

Grooming Behavior

Attempts to establish an emotional connection for sexual exploitation, including asking minors for images, personal information, or meetings.
